30 YEARS

Experience in Fire Services across Australia

Cladding Compliance Australia has created a 4 stage process that takes you through all stages of Identification, Rectification and Compliance.
01

Building Facade Assessment

Cladding Compliance Australia (CCA) will conduct an onsite building inspection, followed by a desktop review of building specifications to ascertain the type of facade material that was used in the construction your building. The report will contain the location and extent of the facade construction material and provide recommendations on whether your buildings requires further inspection or meets current government guidelines
02

Facade Combustiblity Test & Report

Often site plans and building specifications are not specific or simply don’t exist. Therefore a definitive conclusion is not able to be made about the type of construction material present. In this case laboratory testing is required to identify the type of material present and it’s combustibility. A number of 30-50mm core samples  will be taken from each facade and sent to a ICA approved laboratory for testing.

On conclusion of these tests CCA will compile  a comprehensive and  definitive report of the nature and composition of the facade material. ‘Findings’ will determine whether your building complies with government regulations and satisfies insurance company assessors. Recommendations will be made on whether further work need to be carried out.

03

‘Fire Safety Engineer’ Risk Assessment

Depending on the building type, location and extent of the combustible building materials  an alternate fire solution may  offer an alternative to a complete or partial facade replacement.  CCA use qualified Fire Engineers and Building Professionals to determine whether your current fire systems are adequate. A ‘Fire Safety Engineer’ may be able to provide a performance solution that satisfies government and building regulations.

04

Facade Rectification

For our clients, facade rectification  is the most daunting part of the whole process. Cladding Compliance Australia alleviates all this  by project managing the complete facade rectification. We initiate and  manage the initial tender process with the aim of providing the client the most competitive, cost effective and compliant remediation without compromising the build quality. The Owner’s Corporation/Client maintains overall control of the project while Cladding Compliance Australia simply project manages it.  Our professional staff have a vast knowledge of ‘compliant and quality’ panel materials and will assure that the build meets government and insurance company requirements. But more importantly ensuring the highest level of safety for the building.
